The platform is built as a full CAFM replacement for operators whose existing systems no longer match operational scale or complexity. Data migration from legacy CAFM systems is handled as a structured workstream within the engagement — asset records, maintenance history, contractor details, and compliance certificates are migrated and validated before go-live.
PPM schedules are configured at the asset category and site level, with frequency, contractor assignment logic, and advance notification windows set per programme. Work orders are generated automatically against the schedule and assigned to the appropriate contractor or in-house engineer without manual intervention. Programme performance is reported at site and portfolio level.
Each contractor in the approved register carries a compliance profile with expiry-tracked credentials. The system prevents job assignment to contractors with lapsed credentials and alerts the FM team in advance of upcoming expiry dates. Contractor compliance status is visible on the contractor record and on the operations dashboard.
