Manage a series of complex plans that span one or more organizational business units.
Provide leadership to the project team by establishing and motivating team members to achieve project objectives and meet their responsibilities and project milestones.
Prepare estimates and a detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
Obtain sufficient resources to achieve the project goals within the planned deadline.
Provide status reports for project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues at all levels of the organization.

You will play a key role in managing, monitoring, and communicating the progress of the project and ensuring its quality of delivery.
You will be responsible for the construction, presentation, and project kickoffs; project plans; change orders; and regular status and risk reports. You will also facilitate planning sessions at various stages of the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Basis HANA Implementation Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Basis administration and implementation, particularly with SAP HANA environments. You will play a critical role in supporting our SAP landscape, ensuring high availability, performance, and optimal configuration of our on going projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Implementation: Lead SAP HANA installations and upgrades, ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to best practices.
System Administration: Manage SAP Basis tasks, including system installations, configurations, monitoring, and troubleshooting for SAP HANA systems.
Performance Tuning: Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP HANA databases.
Backup & Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
Patch Management: Apply patches and updates to SAP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
User Management: Administer user roles and authorizations, ensuring adherence to security policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams and other IT departments to ensure seamless integration and support for SAP applications.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions and should be able to work independently to design, develop, and deploy complex Odoo modules such as Manufacturing, Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse, and more.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise) for core business functions, including Manufacturing, Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse, HR, Sales, and Purchase.
Develop, enhance, and maintain existing Odoo modules and workflows for performance optimization.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and functional teams to understand and analyze business requirements.
Design, implement, and maintain new features and modules, following Odoo development standards.
Develop and deploy custom modules based on specific client requirements.
Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from gathering requirements, coding, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues across Odoo applications and integrations.
Work with databases, primarily PostgreSQL, for complex query writing and performance optimization.
